If you cannot register your request for withdrawal, please make sure that you enter the IBAN code without any space (in the format BEXXXXXXXXXXXX - two upper case letters at the beginning and no space between the characters). Please also remove the accents and/or the punctuation marks in all the fields of the withdrawal form.
