I am unable to make a deposit to my account. What should I do?

If you are unable to make a deposit, several reasons are possible:

  • Your balance is insufficient: reload your bank or prepaid card and try again
  • You made an error in your information (card number, expiration date...): check your information and try again
  • You have reached your usage/deposit limit: try again later
  • A technical problem occurred at the bank level: try again later
  • You have activated a pause on our site: you must wait until the set period ends before making a new deposit
  • You are trying to use a credit card. Please note that we do not accept credit card transactions.
