You must use your mobile phone to complete the process while keeping the main window open (on your PC or phone).
You will need to take a front and back photo of your ID card and a selfie.
If everything has been done correctly, you will receive a confirmation message inviting you to return to the main page (on your computer or phone).
After a short wait, a message will appear to confirm that everything is in order.
