    Make sure your credentials in the application are up to date.

  • If you take photos:
    Ensure that your documents are clearly legible and your selfie is clear.
    Blurry images may make facial recognition difficult.

  • Additional verification in progress:
    Our teams may need to carry out further checks.
    If you see a blue banner stating that verification is in progress, it means our team is reviewing security details.
